There's An App For That!

So there are two new exciting apps that need to be downloaded onto your iPhone (Sorry Android users!)

The first one is called: Appy Couple
It is just about the coolest app around, if you're engaged that is!
Devin and I now have a way for all of our family and guests to stay in the know through their phone! All you need to do is download appy couple from the app store and put in our wedding code to access our information! Our code is: 01799! I for one am so excited to see how this works out! It's very cool to be your own app, I must say!

The second app your fingers need to get to downloading is my church's app! It allows you to be able to watch messages, Cultivate videos, access the YouVersion bible, check out our events and tons more! Very cool! Go to the app store and search for Cultivate Church and it will come up! Good news is, this app IS Android phone friendly!

Needless to say I might be on my phone more than usual now!

The Sky Is Falling!

So we've all heard of Chicken Little and his story of the sky falling, well this story is now taking on a whole new meaning! The sky is literally falling! On April 7, Cultivate Church will be flying a helicopter over Thompson High's football field in Alabaster, AL. releasing 20,000 Easter eggs! Yes...20,000! The eggs will be something that the children can use to recieve prizes and gifts! There will be inflatables, food, and the Easter bunny will even be making an appearance! This is definitely something that will be fun for the whole family! The times will be from 10-Noon!

Also on the 8th of April, Cultivate Church will be having their first Easter experience, and I for one am so completely excited to be a part of it! You aren't going to want to miss either of these fun days!

For more information on either of these mornings head over to www.cultivatechurch.tv for more!

I've Got The Guy & Now I Need My Girls!

So this past weekend I had the pleasure of treating one of my soon to be sister in laws to a day of lunch and deep tissue pedicures! It was unbelievably relaxing and a day that I was tremendously overdue for! So it was most definitely a win-win situation!

We started the day off with a cute, sweet little lunch at the Three-Earred Rabbit, with some delicious sandwiches and soup! After some much needed girl talk we proceeded to find the perfect place to have some relaxing feet time, which we finally did end up finding! I would definitely recommend this place, because it was pretty amazing! Best pedicure I've ever had!

During our lovely relaxation time it was my turn to pop the question! I asked Sheila to be my matron of honor and lucky for me, she accepted! Yay! I trust her to throw me some of the best parties around and I cannot wait! Also since I'm so OCD and like to be in control, but cannot be for obvious reasons, I know that she will be my voice, for which I am already grateful!

I am so excited for the party season to begin, I am literally dreaming of it now! My wedding brain has definitely been turned back on, and I'm not complaining!

So the bridal party to list as of yet is:
Sheila - Matron of Honor
Danielle - Bridesmaid
Brea - Bridesmaid

I have some pretty sweet surprises for these girls, and I cannot wait to share them with them!

He Wants To Do It Again!

So it's almost been a week since Devin and his brother survived through Tough Mudder Georgia, and I am happy to report that they both survived, obviously!
Devin, and Dave for that matter, left everything on that course, literally gave it their all, and completed the whole thing!

Brea and I were both so proud and excited to see them cross the finish line!

Oh, and if you thought they were crazy to participate in Tough Mudder the first time, then buckle up because they are planning on doing it again next year when it comes to Birmingham!

Glad we still have all of our first aid supplies! ;)

Enjoy some action shots of the guys below!

Are You Tough Enough?

Goodness, it's been a while!
Just to catch you up, the venue Devin and I went to visit is absolutely breathtaking and we are highly considering it! Such an exciting choice to make! And my birthday was wonderful as well! Devin and his sweet family threw me a surprise party with all of my favorite things! It was pretty perfect!

Now on to some more recent happenings, Devin and his older brother Dave are participating in an event appropriately named "Tough Mudder" this weekend in Georgia, and if you don't know what Tough Mudder is you seriously need to do your research! It's not for the faint of heart and I for one would never sign up for something so insane, but this is the Jeffreys' boys we're talking about! ;)

So as the supportive better halves that we are, Brea and I will be watching from the sidelines cheering our guys on through this crazy course! We even have some pretty cool t-shirts to rock that day! To their credit Devin and Dave have been training for this very thing for close to a year now and I am super proud of how far they've come! I am so excited to watch all the mud and freezing water fly! One thing I don't think any of us is excited for though happens to be the last challenge, which is the "Electroshock Therapy"! Yes, you read that right! They will have to run through some serious obstacles to reach the finish line! Prayers are welcomed!
Just in case you're curious here's the website: http://www.toughmudder.com/

A Week For The Books!

I am so unbelievably excited about this week! If you're wondering why, let me end your confusion...
two pretty big things are taking place this week!

1. My 21st BIRTHDAY is Wednesday!
(If you haven't caught on yet, I LOVE my birthday! It is like a stinking holiday to me!)
and...
2. Devin and I are going to view the grounds of a VERY likely candidate to be our wedding venue on Friday!

So, tell me you wouldn't be just as excited!

Even though my birthday is Wednesday, Devin and I are celebrating it on Friday night after we get home from what I hope will have been a lovely day of wedding planning! My heart may not be able to take it, I tell you! Devin promises to have plenty of surprises up his sleeve, of which I'm sure he will!
As for going to tour our possible wedding venue Devin is approaching it like the typical guy's guy! Vowing that we will most certainly look at other places, can't get our hearts set on the first one, what if there's something better, etc., etc.! BORING! I don't operate that way! I'm the kind of girl who sees it and has to have it! I don't like to look around at other options when I've already got the perfect thing right in front of me! So talk about tricks up their sleeve, my goal this Friday is to make Devin fall head over heels for this gorgeous place as much as I already have!
For those of you wanting to take bets on who will win out, you better put all your money on me! Just saying! ;)

And just in case you were wondering what this gorgeous place looks like, don't worry I've got you covered!
It's called J and D Farms, and it is perfect!

Just check out:
